Qualifications
Thank you for your interest in carrying Haute Bohéme Fibers, LLC products in your shop! All wholesale account holders must provide us with a copy of their state Sales Tax Certificate or Reseller License as well as FEIN. Copies of these items should be submitted via email. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully.
Pricing
Wholesale prices are 50% of the current list price on yarn and spinning fiber only. In-stock items are not subject to minimums and are listed at a 40% discount for wholesale account holders. Other products listed on the website are not available at wholesale. List prices are subject to change, but every effort is made to notify retailers of price changes prior to implementation.
Established wholesale customers may qualify for a 2/10 NET 30 cash/check payment. Orders over $500 – excluding initial order – may be paid 50% up front with the balance due upon receipt of goods.
Minimums
Colorway Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Colorways for yarn are sold in lots of five (5). Spinning Fiber is sold in lots of four (4).
Order Minimums
A minimum order of $500 (excluding shipping costs) is required for initial order. This initial order is to be paid in full at the time of order. There are no minimums beyond first order.
Leadtime
All wholesale orders are made-to-order. The typical turn-around time is 4-6 weeks. The exception to this are orders comprised of in-stock items only. These orders will ship within 3 business days.
How to Order
Once approved for a wholesale account, the wholesale user login will allow the shop to see and purchase items directly from the website in accordance with the Wholesale Agreement.
Shipping
Shipping is done via USPS or UPS; whichever is more cost efficient. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Insurance is required in order to cover both parties against lost/stolen/damaged shipments. There will be no shipping costs for retailers located within a 100-mile radius of Severn, MD. Haute Bohéme Fibers, LLC are not responsible for any issues related to shipping.
Buyback/Returns
If you are not happy with something in your order, replacement or refund for the item is available upon the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of original sale and must be confirmed in writing prior to return,
- It is in its original condition, i.e., yarn that has not been cast on or wound into a ball,
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the retailer
- Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be exchanged at no charge.
Private/White Label
Private or white labeling is not available at this time.
Exclusivity
Exclusivity is available with a 30-mile radius to a shop if they make an initial order of $500 and at least one order at the minimum $300 each remaining quarter of the year. Failing to meet minimum order requirements nullifies any agreement of exclusivity.
