What is your return policy?
Haute Bohéme Fibers, LLC strives to maintain a 100% customer satisfaction rating. If you are unhappy with your item for ANY reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange return and refund. Returned unused item must be received by our shop, with original label prior to refund being issued. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. All custom orders require a 50% non-returnable deposit.
When will my item ship?
As part of our green initiative, items ship on Mondays and Thursdays only. If the item(s) you ordered are in stock, they will ship the closest shipping day following your order.
Do you do custom colorways?
We will do custom colorway orders for lots of 5 or more. Otherwise, as a small shop, we simply aren’t staffed to accommodate custom colorway planning or dyeing.
What if you don’t have the colorway I want on the base I want?
If you find a colorway you love and have to have, but it’s not on the base you need, you can create a custom order through the contact us page.
