Returned unused item must be received by our shop, with original label prior to refund being issued. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. All custom orders require a 50% non-returnable deposit.

As part of our green initiative, items ship on Mondays and Thursdays only. If the item(s) you ordered are in stock, they will ship the closest shipping day following your order.

We will do custom colorway orders for lots of 5 or more. Otherwise, as a small shop, we simply aren’t staffed to accommodate custom colorway planning or dyeing.

If you find a colorway you love and have to have, but it’s not on the base you need, you can create a custom order through the contact us page.
